Emily Brennan and Samantha Corcoran, founders of Magnolia Roots Notary, LLC, are licensed Notary Publics in St. Charles Parish with a lifetime commission and Louisiana Statewide Jurisdiction. While Magnolia Roots Notary, LLC was only founded in 2023, Emily and Samantha have been commissioned since 2017.

The Notary Public in the State of Louisiana is granted certain authority to perform tasks that are not given to notaries in other States. While a Notary Public cannot give legal advice, using a non-attorney Notary is a cost- effective way to prepare certain documents.
